Is there a hack available so that your Sims are able to sleep on a business lot? Preferably one that works with Free Time!

I seem to spend most of my time making businesses these days, so for a bit of a discussion:
1. What business do you find the most enjoyable? The least?
2. Which have you found to be the most profitable? The least?

I'm not sure how to phrase my question again, and memories browsing only turned out entries without answers. Basically, I'm having the issue where I set uniforms for employees at a business and their faces change to some stupid default.
